Restauranteros de Jalisco buscan personal ante recuperación económica

Si usted trabajó en la industria de la comida en algún restaurante, bar o negocio de comida, y aún no tiene empleo porque lo perdió por la pandemia, hay buenas noticias ya que este sector requiere de los servicios de persona para diferentes áreas en los establecimientos señaló el presidente de la Cámara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera y alimentos condimentados, (Canirac) en Jalisco, Mario Alberto Ávalos.
Este sector fue uno de los más afectados por la pandemia de Covid-19, ya que al emitirse los protocolos de prevención de contagios se redujo prácticamente a la cuarta parte su capacidad, se desplomaron las ventas porque no tenían clientes ya que poca gente iba a sus empresas para laborar de manera presencial y se tuvo que prescindir de los servicios de un gran número de meseros, cocineros, lavaplatos, chefs, entre otras actividades.
“Ya hay una recuperación y ahorita en la industria restaurantera estamos necesitando de trabajadores y la mayoría de los empresarios ya empezamos a buscar otras vez cocineros, estamos buscando otra vez chefs, gente de barra, gente que nos ayude en las mesas” lavar las vajillas y cubiertos, entre otros.
Es por eso que invito a todos los que aún no encuentran trabajo y que de alguna manera ya conocen esta actividad para que se acerquen a los diversos establecimientos, o en el que laboraban si es que sobrevivió a la pandemia para ver si pueden ser contratados de nuevo y así comenzar a llevar un ingreso a su hogar.
“Todas las personas que hayan pertenecido al sector restaurantero y anden buscando trabajo, pueden localizarnos a través de las redes de la Cámara y si nos hacen llegar sus expedientes pronto les encontramos una opción”, mencionó el empresario.
Aunque por el momento no se tiene un estimado aproximado de cuántas vacantes hay disponibles, lo que se sabe es que sí se tiene una alta demanda porque es lo que comentan en sus grupos de celulares y en las reuniones que tienen cuando amplían sus servicios o en las sucursales que tienen planeado abrir.
